The apartments are situated in the Fort Noks Marina View complex. Transfer time from Bourgas airport is 30 mins, and from Varna airport it is approx 90 mins. This is a brand new front line complex , which is part of the combined marina view/ panorama complexes, and the facilities of both are available to use. These include 9 swimming pools one of which is a wave pool. All pools have lifeguards in attendance from 9.00 until 18.00 hrs everyday. There is a separate area with a Jacuzzi pool and massage service. There are at present 2 restaurant bars a supermarket and a car hire office. For a small hire charge the following are available, five-a-side football pitch, tennis court, broadband Internet room, sauna, & fitness gym. There are also 6 playground areas, which consist of a swing, slide and climbing frame. These are situated close by the pools and are built on rubber safety mats. The complex can only be accessed through manned security gates so personnel security for you and your family is guaranteed. There is a medical center located within the complex for minor ailments and full 24hr medical and dental facilities available in sunny beach.
THE BEACH
Directly next to the complex is a beautiful bay called Paradise Beach. This is fabulous sweeping white sandy beach with blue flag awards for cleanliness. The gently sloping sands allow you to venture up to 50 m into the water before the depth increases to 1.5 m. The beach area has five lifeguard stations evenly spaced along its length. Paradise beach is only accessible on foot and therefore is only available to guests of the complexes and hotels adjacent to it. This ensures it is never crowded and very safe for children and adults alike. There are 2 beach bars both serving good value drinks and food for all tastes. Various water sports are available including jet ski’s etc. There is also a children’s club on the beach which is air conditioned and fully supervised. This is available everyday for a small charge. Twice a day there is a water taxi across the bay to Nessebar, which returns approx 2 hrs later, allowing time to explore this ancient city.
