The complex is situated about 5km away from the busy resort of Sunny beach. This is perfect as it allows you to pick and choose when you want to be involved in all it has to offer, and when you want the peace and quite of marina view.
Sunny beach has all the nightlife you could want with clubs, quality restaurants, shops and bars to suit everyone. Buses and taxis are available from right outside the complex entrance and are very reasonably priced.
St Vlas
The village of St Vlas is approx 2 km from the complex. This is the local village and has a selection of shops , bars, and restaurants. St Vlas has a brand new marina and yacht centre where you can berth, hire, and buy yachts. It also has it’s own beaches and seafront bars.
Apartments
We have two apartments situated within the complex. The first is a Penthouse with two bedrooms and will comfortably sleep up to six people using the sofa bed. The second is a large one bedroom apartment which will sleep four people utilizing the sofa bed. Both apartments are furnished to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings.
